YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER

As survivors, we often find it hard to hold on to hope. When we were children our hopes were cruelly damaged, so as adults it’s not always easy to hope for a better future. But here is the third truth that’s important to cling to: Your story is not over yet.

This is not the end of the line. As believers, we trust that the best is yet to come. Maybe we feel overwhelmed, maybe we feel there’s no way out, but our feelings are not always reliable. You are more than your trauma, more than a victim. Keep learning, keep growing, keep seeking to stay close to God. Because yes, the best is yet to come.
